Appointment to the Technical Customer Advisory Committee

b

The Technical Customer Advisory Committee (TCAC) was established in 2006 to assist in and facilitate public review and discussion of the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority policies, plans and programs. TCAC was established as a professional technical group of volunteers to represent the five core functional areas of operating a water and wastewater utility. This group is intended to provide outside expertise in best practices and private sector applications for continuous business improvement.

The TCAC Chair announced there was a vacancy on the committee and that an online application is available for customers who may be interested in serving on this technical committee. TCAC members were informed that if they know of anyone interested that they should apply on the Water Authority’s website. The qualified nomination, Andrew G. Robertson, is recommended to the Board for confirmation.

Andrew G. Robertson, P.E.

Mr. Robinson is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Mexico, specializing in community drinking water infrastructure. He received his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Rice University and his master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at Souder, Miller & Associates. He is a volunteer with Water Engineers for the Americas and Africa (WEFTA), traveling regularly to Honduras since 1995.
