Approval of Contract with ATA Services, for Temporary Staffing Services

The Water Authority issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for services to solicit bids from vendors qualified to provide temporary staffing services for use by Water Authority Departments. This approval would authorize ATA Services to provide these services.
The RFP was posted on BidSync and advertised in the local newspaper. Fifteen (15) responses were submitted for evaluation. The responses were reviewed, evaluated and scored by the Ad Hoc Committee recommended by the Executive Director.
Based on the recommendations of the Ad Hoc Committee, the Executive Director recommends award of contract to ATA Services. The respective scores after all rounds of scoring are as follows:

This approval is intended to delegate signature authority to the Executive Director to enter into a contract with ATA Services to provide temporary staffing services based on the Recommendation of Award of RFP, P2022000004. Approval of this item shall also serve as delegation of authority for the Executive Director to approve all future amendments to this contract, if any.
If approved by the Board, an Agreement will be executed between the Water Authority and ATA Services to enable them to provide these services, as needed.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Total estimated expenditures of this price agreement for the four (4) year term is to be paid from the FY22-23 Water Authority budget.
