Approving and Authorizing a New Mexico Environment Department Appropriation to Plan, Design, Construct, Equip and Improve the Tijeras Reuse Reservoir and Pump Station Facility

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority ("Water Authority") has been awarded funding from the New Mexico Environment Department for improvements to the Tijeras Reuse Reservoir and Pump Station Facility; and
WHEREAS, the Water Authority is required to enter into Grant Agreement No. SAP 26-K2393-GF with the New Mexico Environment Department in order to receive and expend the grant funds; and
WHEREAS, the grant funds will support the planning, design, construction, equipping, and improvement of the Tijeras Reuse Reservoir and Pump Station Facility to enhance the Water Authority's water reuse infrastructure.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. The Executive Director is authorized to sign the SAP 26‐K2393‐GF Grant Agreement for this project and act as the point of contact concerning all matters related to this Agreement.
Section 2. The Executive Director is the OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE who is authorized to sign reimbursement requests and any and all other documents requiring a signature for submittal to the New Mexico Environment Department.
Section 3. The budget adjustment for the Tijeras Reuse Reservoir and Pump Station Facility is made and appropriated as follows:
