Approving and Authorizing a New Mexico Environment Department Appropriation for the Bosque Non potable Wastewater Reuse Plant Construction Project

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (“Water
Authority”) shall enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of New Mexico
Environment Department; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is identified as SAP 25-J2356-GF Grant Agreement.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. The Executive Director is authorized to sign the SAP 25-J2356-GF Grant Agreement for this project and act as a single point of contact concerning all matters related to the Grant Agreement.
Section 2. The Executive Director is the OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE who is authorized to sign reimbursement requests and any and all other documents requiring a signature for submittal to the New Mexico Environment Department.
Section 3. The budget adjustment for the Southside Water Reclamation Plant Outfall Construction Project is stated below are hereby made.
