Approval of Contract with Water Resources On Call Services for P2024000009

The Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water Authority) issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) P2024000009, Water Resources on Call Services, to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to include Water Resources on Call Services.
The RFP was posted on the BidSync website and advertised in the local newspaper. Nine (9) responsive offers were received and submitted for evaluation. The Ad Hoc Committee reviewed, evaluated, and scored the response in accordance with the evaluation criteria published in the RFP.
Listed are all the respondents’ average composite scores with all applicable preferences applied as indicated in the scoring details. The largest total composite score possible without preferences applied is 1000.

The Committee recommends the award of the contract to Water Resources on Call Services as Hazen & Sawyer, Intera, DBS, HDR, JSAI, Tetra Tech, and SWCA all have the highest average composite score, and are qualified to perform the work, and capable of meeting the Water Authority’s needs.
If approved by the Board, the price agreement will be issued by the Water Authority to enable these to provide these services. Approval of this item shall also serve as delegation of authority for the Executive Director to approve all future amendments to this price agreement, if any.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Expected to exceed $500,000.00 not including NM GRT, for which appropriations have already been made.
