Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (the "Water Authority") Senior Lien Joint Water and Sewer System Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2020A in the Aggregate Principal Amount not to exceed $55,000,000 (the "SERIES 2020A BONDS or THE BONDS") to be Issued in One Series for the Purpose of Refunding, Refinancing and Defeasing Certain Outstanding Obligations of the Water Authority; Providing for the Disposition of, and Other Details Relating to, the Revenues From the Operation of the Water Authority's Joint Water and Sewer System ("THE SYSTEM") Including the Payment of Debt Service on System Obligations; Determining Certain Terms and the Method of Determining Other Terms Concerning the Bonds; Providing for the Approval of Various Agreements and Disclosure Documents Relating to the Bonds; Delegating Authority to the Delegate to Execute and Deliver a Bond Purchase Agreement for the Sale of the Bonds to the Underwriters Pursuant to the Supplemental Public Securities act; and Ratifying Action Previously Taken

Capitalized terms used in the following preambles are defined in Section 1 of this Bond Ordinance, unless the context requires otherwise.
WHEREAS, the Water Authority is a legally and regularly created, established, organized and existing public body politic and corporate, separate and apart from the City and the County, under the general laws of the State; and
WHEREAS, the Water Authority owns, operates and maintains the System as a joint public utility water and sewer system; and
WHEREAS, the Water Authority is obligated on the following Senior Obligations, payable from Net Revenues, Outstanding on the date of the adoption of this Bond Ordinance in the following principal amounts:
