Setting an Official List of Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority Meetings for Calendar Year 2016.

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water Authority) Rules of Practice and Procedure in Article I, Section 1 require that the Water Authority pass a resolution determining the schedule and reasonable public notice of meetings.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. That the official list of regular Water Authority meeting dates for calendar year 2016 are as follows: January 27, February 24, March 23, April 20, May 18, June 22, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 23, December 21 and January 25, 2017.
Section 2. That notice for regular meetings shall continue to be five days in advance of Water Authority meetings and 72 hours for special meetings and emergency meetings shall provide 24 hours notice unless the threat of personal injury or property damage requires less notice or as is permitted by the nature of the emergency and in compliance with the State of New Mexico Open Meetings Act,.
