Establishing a Fund for the San Juan-Chama Project Contractors Association Fiscal Agent Agreement with the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority; Establishing the Budget for Fund 41 - San Juan-Chama Project Contractors Association (SJCCA) for Fiscal Year 2022

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water Authority) has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the San Juan-Chama Contractors Association (Association or SJCCA); and
WHEREAS, the Water Authority has agreed to act as fiscal agent for the Association; and
WHEREAS, the period of this agreement is perpetual; and
WHEREAS, the funds collected and costs expensed are governed by the Association members.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. That the following fund be established for the San Juan-Chama Contractors Association:
