Approving and Authorizing a New Mexico Environment Department Appropriation for the Carnuel Community Wastewater System Upgrade Project

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water
Authority) shall enter into a Grant Agreement with the State of New Mexico
Environment Department; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is identified as SAP 23-H2380-GF Grant Agreement.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. The Executive Director or his successor is authorized to sign the agreement for this project and act as a single point of contact concerning all matters related to the Grant Agreement.
Section 2. The Executive Director or his successor is the OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE who is authorized to sign reimbursement requests and any and all other documents requiring a signature for submittal to the New Mexico Environment Department.
Section 3. The budget adjustment for the Carnuel Community Wastewater System Upgrade Project is stated below are hereby made.
