Amendment to the Approved Operating and Capital Implementation Program of the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2022

WHEREAS, the Capital Implementation Program is governed by the requirements established under Section 2-1-8, 2006, which provides for amendments to the approved program; and
WHEREAS, appropriations for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022 that were previously approved under R-21-8 and R-21-9 require an amendment to align the approved budget amounts with additional funding sources totaling $24,123,840.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
That the adjustments for the projects as stated below are hereby made.
Water 2120 Fund (27):
Water 2120 Expense/Revenue 500,000
CIP Basic Program Appropriations Fund (28):
Sanitary Sewer Pipeline Renewal 17,000,000
Other Fund (29):
Special Projects Expense/Revenue 6,500,000
San Juan-Chama Contractors Association Fund (41):
Expense/Revenue 123,840
