Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Inventory Certification

In accordance with 2.2.2.10(W)(2) of the New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC), the
Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water Authority) is required to conduct an annual physical inventory of all movable equipment inventory listed at the end of each fiscal year. This process is carried out pursuant to Section 12-6-10 of The Audit Act (12-6-10 NMSA 1978) NMSA 1978. Once the inventory count is completed, it must be certified by the governing authority to ensure the accuracy of the results.
Staff recommends that the Water Authority Board certify the Fiscal Year 2025 physical inventory counts for verification purposes.
