Approving and Authorizing a New Mexico Environment Department Appropriation for the Carnuel Water System Improvements Project Phase 2c

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (“Water Authority”) has entered into a Grant Agreement with the State of New Mexico Environment Department; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement is identified as SAP 19-D2433-GF Grant Agreement.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. The Executive Director is authorized to sign the agreement for this project and act as a single point of contact concern all matters related to the grant agreement.
Section 2. The Executive Director or his successor is the OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE who is authorized to sign reimbursement requests and other documents requiring a signature for submittal to the New Mexico Environment Department.
Section 3. New Mexico Environment Department funds in the amount of $500,000, is hereby appropriated to Fund 29, JL Key 943105 Carnuel Water System Improvements Project Phase 2c.
