Contract with Technical Programming Services, Inc., dba TPSi for Bill Print, Imaging, and Mailing Services

Requesting approval to delegate signature authority to the Executive Director to enter into a contract with Technical Programming Services, Inc. (TPSi) to provide bill print, imaging and mailing services.
If approved by the Board, an agreement will be executed between the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water Authority) and Technical Programming Services, Inc. (TPSi) to enable Technical Programming Services, Inc. (TPSi) to provide bill print, imaging and mailing services. The Water Authority manages its customer account information utilizing Oracle’s Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) system. Production files are generated each business day to produce bills and other mailings for approximately 212,000 accounts each month, including monthly bills and collection notices.
Approval of this item shall also serve as delegation of authority for the Executive Director to approve all future amendments to this contract, if any.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The total funding amount has yet to be established but is expected to exceed the $500k threshold.
