Approving Fiscal Year 2018 Annual Inventory Certification

Based on a requirement by the New Mexico Administrative Code (NMAC), the Water Authority must conduct an annual physical inventory of movable equipment on the inventory list at the end of each fiscal year in accordance with the requirements of The Audit Act (12-6-10 NMSA 1978).  Upon completion of the physical inventory, it requires that the governing body verify correctness of the results by approving it.
