Setting an Official List of the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority Meetings for Calendar Year 2019

WHEREAS, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority (Water Authority) Rules of Practice and Procedure in Article I, Section 1 require that the Water Authority pass a resolution determining the schedule and reasonable public notice of meetings.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE WATER AUTHORITY:
Section 1. That the official list of regular Water Authority meeting dates for calendar year 2019 are as follows: January 30, February 27, March 20, April 17, May 22, June 19, August 21, September 18, October 23, November 20, December 18 and January 15, 2020.
Section 2. That notice for regular meetings shall continue to be five days in advance of Water Authority meetings and 72 hours for special meetings and emergency meetings shall provide 24 hour notice unless the threat of personal injury or property damage requires less notice or as is permitted by the nature of the emergency and in compliance with the State of New Mexico Open Meetings Act.
