Approval of Increase to cap Price Agreement with WW Grainger covering Facilities Maintenance & Repair Supplies and Services

Water Authority Staff herby requests an increase to the price agreement cap with WW Grainger for Facilities Maintenance & Repair Supplies and Services to $750,000.
If approved by the Board, the Water Authority will issue an amended price agreement to enable WW Grainger to continue to provide Facilities Maintenance & Repair Supplies and Services. This price agreement has been in place since 2018 and covers critical items needed for various divisions and departments across the Water Authority.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact on the FY2020 budget is expected since the purchase of these goods and/or services will be paid for with funds already appropriated for this specific purpose.
Approval of this item shall also serve as delegation of authority for the Executive Director to approve all future amendments to this contract, if any.
